Responsibilities:

• Communication with B2B clients via phone and email;
• Consult clients about the social media products and ensure additional attention to specific cases;
• Keeping cases up to date, by logging information about every interaction on the system;
• Resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate and efficient solutions;
• Providing general guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients and partners.
