Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) with German
Responsibilities:
- Provide service via phone, chat and email;
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and professionally.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Achieve customer satisfaction;
- Document and maintain customer records
