Based in Berlin, you will help new and existing customers navigate the social media platform and what it offers. This will enable you to passionately combine problem-solving and strong technical capabilities to deliver great solutions to the customers.
Social Media Business Sales Agent with Czech
Responsibilities:
- Help business clients navigate the social media platform and its offerings;
- Work towards achieving business/sales goals;
- Create and track digital/social media campaigns;
- Provide business solutions to both new and established clients;
- Prepare offers to clients.

Requirements:
- A good understanding of Czech (C1 level) English (B2level) (German knowledge will be considered as an advantage);
- Previous experience in sales(call center, shared service center, etc.) and marketing or a willingness to learn;
- Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills;
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
