They are looking for:
Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) with German
Tasks:
- Supporting the company's customers via various channels;
- Entering and processing customer information in the company system;
- Advising the company's customers on updating their contracts for better conditions.

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1);
