Tech Sales Account Manager (m/w/d)
who will be key in nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position isideal for a strategic thinker with a history of managing multiple sales cycles, crafting effective sales strategies, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Formulate andimplement sales strategies and plans tailored to your territory.
- Activelyidentify and engage new sales prospects through lead generation, networking,and building relationships.
- Oversee thesales pipeline with precision using Salesforce or similar CRM tools, ensuringmeticulous documentation of all sales interactions.
- Present anddemonstrate our products to prospective clients, effectively conveying thevalue and benefits of our offerings.
- Deliveroutstanding customer service by addressing client questions and resolvingissues swiftly.
- Analyze salesdata and market trends to discover growth opportunities and enhance salesapproaches.
- Prepare anddeliver detailed sales reports to the management team regularly.
- Take part insales meetings, training programs, and industry events to continuously upgradeyour skills and knowledge.
- Apply a value-based selling methodology with clients and channel partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficient in German (both written and spoken) and professionally fluent in English.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies for specific territories.
- Skilled atmanaging multiple sales cycles from initiation to closure, consistently meetingor surpassing sales goals.
- Self-drivenand able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
- Proficient in value-based selling techniques.
